- Launch pricing that actually expires
- Bonus that goes away after date

Transparent
Explain why it's limited. "I only take 20 clients so I can give proper attention." Honesty builds trust.
Avoid
- Fake countdown timers that reset
- "Only 3 left" when unlimited
- Pressure that feels manipulative
