The Pre-Sell Test

Create a simple landing page describing your product. Run a small ad or post it to your audience. See if people sign up or express interest. 50 email signups = validation.

The "Would You Pay" Question

DM 20 people in your niche. "I'm building [product]. Would you pay $X for it?" Honest no's are more valuable than polite yes's.

The Mini Version

Create a stripped-down version first. A 3-page PDF instead of a full ebook. A 5-video mini-course instead of a 20-module course. Sell it. Learn what resonates.

The Crowdfunding Angle

Pre-sell at a discount. "First 50 buyers get 40% off." If you hit 50, you've validated. If you don't, you've learned cheaply.

The Rule
