Create a stripped-down version first. A 3-page PDF instead of a full ebook. A 5-video mini-course instead of a 20-module course. Sell it. Learn what resonates.
The Crowdfunding Angle
Pre-sell at a discount. "First 50 buyers get 40% off." If you hit 50, you've validated. If you don't, you've learned cheaply.
