- 5 min: Intro and agenda
- 35-40 min: Teach something actionable
- 10-15 min: Introduce the course as the "full system"
- 5 min: Q&A and final CTA

- Email list (primary)

Use Zoom, StreamYard, or similar. Registration page captures emails. Replay available for 24-48 hours to create urgency.
